The Best of Home Care- Employer of Choice award is based on caregiver ratings collected via telephone interviews by Home Care Pulse, an independent satisfaction research firm. Agencies that have earned this award are best-in-class for caregiver satisfaction.
The requirements to qualify for this award include;
- Being a Home Care Pulse Certified- Trusted Provider for a minimum of 6 consecutive months.
- Having an OSAT Score of 8.75+
- Having less than 15% of clients on “Do Not Call” for the year.
To much of our delight, according to these requirements and the ratings received from our customers, Vitalis Health Care managed to emerge as the winner of this award.
